My Taylor Hicks obsession... Crazy I know!

For those that don’t know me, let me give you glimpse into my wacky life.  I was an American Idol junkie until the 5th season of the show.  I have never watched it since… why you ask?  See I found my American Idol that season.  Taylor Hicks (and go ahead and laugh… I am use to it!).  But seriously, he is my “obsession”, my “if you could with a star”, my “if I had a free pass from my hubby”.  He’s got the look I like (salt-n-pepper hair).  He’s got the voice I like.  He’s soulful when he sings.  And he doesn’t care about what he looks like dancing (something I certainly feel when I am around my daughters).  And he's genuinely a nice guy who cares about his fans.  I had a chance to meet him recently and yes he is as nice as he appears.  He’s genuine, kind and even more… he’s got the George Clooney sex appeal!  So yes America… I have a Taylor Hicks obsession.  I would sing it from the hilltops if I had a voice that could sing!
